Yangsi Rinpoché - Yangsi Rinpoché is the president and spiritual director of Maitripa College in Portland, Oregon: https://maitripa.org/yangsi-rinpoche.
At the age of six, he was officially recognized as the reincarnation of a Tibetan Buddhist master (Gueshé Ngawang Gendune) renowned for his scholarship. In accordance with Tibetan tradition, Rinpoche studied the various treaties on Buddhist philosophy and psychology in the Tibetan monasteries of the Gelugpa school to which the current Dalai Lama belongs.
Hugues Magen - Hugues Magen founded Magen H Gallery in New York in 1997. Magen H Gallery is a pioneer in the presentation of sculpture, decorative arts and ceramics with a focus on French designers in post-war. The collection articulates an artistic dialogue between these works of historical importance and the contemporaries around a personal philosophy. The pieces reveal the extreme tension between the organic mind of the material and the mastery of the artist.
